Suggest Treatment For Swollen Tonsils,adenoids Ears And Sinus
my daughter who is 13 has been told by ENT Doctor she needs her tosils and adnoids out, we r waitng for insurance aproval, she is sick now waiting, always sick with swollen tonsils and adnoids ears sinus. is heavy exercise good or bad for her until after her surgery and healing is over?

Yes , heavy exercise bad for her until after her surgery and healing is over .
There are chances of bleeding . Also sinuses act as humidifier for inspired air & protect airway from drying , if they are not functioning properly there are chances of airway infection.
