Suggest Treatment For Swollen Vagina With Bumps On Walls

I've had this problem for a couple years and have been to my family doctor and gyno about this issue. The inside of my vagina area gets really swollen on the one side and usually does this out of no where. There are also tiny, skin coloured bumps, that look like taste buds on either side of my vagina walls. They are painless, have nothing oozing from it but do get irritated easily. I've been tested for STD's in the past and the tests came back negative. What could it be and is it normal to have these tiny tiny bumps?
