dear madam

occasional premature beat VPC as they are called are considered to be normal if they are in certain number in 24 hr, if there are no other co existing heart disease in fact up to 1000 in a period of 24 hr ,

once you have felt one you may be apprehensive and keep feeling the other ones too which in normal course you may have not.

please consult a cardiologist and if need be go through a 24 hr holter monitoring if not already done and get it checked, you may also discuss the possibility of you being prescribed a beta blocker and an anxiolytic to get over the problem
