As per your query you have tanned skin which is due to hyperpigmentation of skin all over the body due to infection, hormone changes, and could be an allergic reaction. Need not to worry. I would suggest you maintain personal hygiene. You should apply a cream containing kojic acid and vitamin c twice a day and also apply over the counter antifungal cream before going to sleep. Take bath with metarub. If the condition doesn't get better then consult a dermatologist for proper examination. The doctor may order a blood test, skin sample test and allergy test and may prescribe immunosuppressants along with corticosteroid ointment and antibiotics.
