Hi my name is Tracy ,woke up yesterday with tenderness in right side of neck,It went away during the day ,then @midnight it started getting sore and stiff ,Feel some soreness in shoulder too no fever had upset stomach all week and this period has lasted longer than usual,And I m really tired

I have studied your case and I think that you might have neck muscle spasm. It can be cured by following medicines.
1.Hot water fomentation.
2.Muscle relaxant like Myoril or Myospaz.
3.Tablet voveron can be used.
4. Avoid using very high pillow or sudden jerking.
