Suggest Treatment For Tenderness On The Right Side Of The Forehead

This morning I woke up feeling like I hit my right side of my forehead on something but I know I did not. It feels tender to touch, there is no bruise. It s like two inches up from the end of my right eye. I have not ever had this painful feeling before, it worries me though.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
You can take pain killers with muscle relaxants like Aceclofenac or Etoricoxib with Thiocolchicoside.
Possibility of migraine headache is likely.
