My husband is very ill with terminal cancer. He is age 65. I am age 60 and in good health. It is just the two of us. He is a large man. He was walking slowly like he normally does these days and then he just fell. I was not far from him so after just a few seconds his eyes registered on me and he asked how did I get here? I told he fell and got him to a sitting position and asked him to stay there for a few moments. When he was ready to get up I helped him with his walker and got him seated in the living room with his feet up. As soon as I knew he was okay, I started to feel bad in my stomach and mid-chest. The fall happened almost 2 hours ago and I am still feeling the same way. My heart rate is 101. Any suggestions for me to settle this down?
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have chest and abdomen discomfort. It may be due to gastritis, muscular pain or coronary heart disease pain. You should urgently go to the emergency and go for electrocardiogram. If it is normal then no need to worry just take pain killer and muscle relaxant. No further treatment is required. If Your ECG is abnormal then you should take treatment accordingly.
