hi i m in india now. maybe i m pregnant. i m student of foreign country. can i buy microgynon from india. i asked from medicianal shop 2 times. but they are very shoked. what shoul i do. if i m pregnant i want to cansel. because i m student. which kind of medician should i use for cansel. please help me

Microgynon does not cause abortion of pregnancy.
You should buy abortion kit (mifegest). That require gynecologist prescription. It should be used under observation of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week by USG sca,
Home use should be avoided as complicate the abortion process and chance of failure of abortion.
By procedure:
First take mifepristone 600 mg orally after food, after 36-48 hour misoprostol 800 ug should be put high in the vagina by gynecologist. Your abortion process will start with in 30-50 minutes and will complete in 4-6 days.Confirmation of complet process of abortion should be done by USG scan after 14 days.
Rest for 48 hour, meftal spas, balanced diet with iron supplements and proper pelvic hygiene should be maintain to prevent infections.
Use safe sex practice in future to prevent unwanted pregnancies.

Microgynon does not cause abortion so it will not use for medical termination of pregnancy. For abortion, you have to use gynecologist prescribed abortion pill after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week by USG scan.
Home use should be avoided to prevent complication and failure risk of abortion.
By procedure, mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally by gynecologist. Dose should be modified according to abortion status by gynecologist.
Abortion process (bleeding with clots and tissue, cramps) should start 30-45 minutes after using pill and complete in 3-5 days.
Completeness process of abortion should be confirmed by USG scan after 14 days.. So consult the gynecologist for safe and successful termination of pregnancy.
