Suggest Treatment For Testicle Pain And Swelling

hello sir, i have pain in my left testicle from 8-10 days....n there is sweelling also in my left tesicle .......it was happen before 4 year . and doctor advised to take some antibiotic....but now i m getting same problem...is there any permanent therapy for this decease...pls help me....

Well come to HCM
I appreciate your concern, once know the underlying cause and final diagnosis this can be cured, possibility of orchitis and hydrocele need to be ruled out and for this you need to get done, Ultrasonography and routine blood test, and urine examination, till then this can be managed with any non steroid anti-inflammatory drugs, and the best option would be "Tab Ibuprofen 400 three times in day " antibiotic wont work here if there is no part of infection, hope this information helps, take care.
