Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain And Swelling

I am a 22 yr old male. Within the past 24 hours, my right testicle has become swollen and painful, with the pain slowly increasing in my abdomen. on the back of the testicle, there is a small, hard, floating marble sized "thing." It is not ON the testicle per se, but moves around (staying in the general area). I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Torsion of Appendix of Testes / or could be from Orchitis with epididymitis.
Torsion of testes also needs to be ruled out.

Treatment-
Consult Urologist after USG study of the right testes.
Clinical examination and USG would fix the diagnosis from above possibilities.
If Torsion of Appendix of testes -Surgical Excision would resolve it.
Torsion of testes also needs to be ruled out.

If orchitis with epididymitis is there-2 weeks Course of antibiotics with NsAIDS would relieve your complaints
