Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain

Hi... recently i started having pain in my left testicle... now it seems like its in teh crease of my leg and hurts when i step down with my left leg. a little bit of back ground... i have had a lump in that testicle for years but it never hurt before and i have no other symptoms.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain, swelling in left testicle.
Also have pain in the crease of leg.
This can be due to epididymo-orchitis involving the skin of the scrotum and the infection going to the left inguinal lymph nodes causing the pain in crease of leg.
Get tests of blood, urine and ultrasound.
Get a proper and complete course if an antibiotics and get well soon.
