hi i m blake 23 years old i was taking a shower when i went down there my right testicle hurts when i move it i check for any bumps and abnormality everything was fine can you please answer my question also when i put a little presure om my left testicle it hurts as well again please answer i getting very worried

thank you for your question . I suggest you have a sex partner . It is very likely epididymoorchitis (infection of the testis ) . If you were my patient i would suggest physical examination by urologist .If you dont consider seeing a doctor , you can treat it with Azitromicin 1 g tabs once a day for 10 days . You should not have sex for the same period . Your sex partnes should also get examined and get treatment . Hope that helped you .
