Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain

my right testical is very sensitive to the touch. it is also much smaller than the left one..started hurting today,mostly when i walk and try to feel it.. i am bery nervous. im 38 yrs old and never had a problem like this before. should i be very concerned? this is very embarrassing to see a doctor about considering i am not very large down there..

- Tab. ibuprofen ( 400 ) mg 3 times a day after meals .
- Wear loose , clean , cotton inner wears ; avoid tight ones .
- Avoid smoking if using .

- Kindly get doppler ultrasound of the scrotum done to find out the reason
with your doctor .
