Suggest Treatment For Tetralogy Of Fallot

My sixteen year old granddaughter was born with Down Syndrome and Tetrology of Fallot (holes in all 4 heart chambers). She has had 3 open heart surgeries, and now she has a 52% blockage and a large leak. Doctors say that treatment could cause aortic failure, but no treatment could also cause it. What is the prognosis?
