I just noticed when brushing my teeth that I seem to have two different shaped black marks on the inside of my cheeks on either side, almost symmetrical. They don't seem to be hurting at all and seem to just be a park of the skin. Looks like someone drew on the inside of my mouth with pen

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that two different shaped black marks on the inside of my cheeks on either side, almost symmetrical and looks like park of skin seem most probably be due to a painless and harmless condition known as LINEA ALBA..

It is a present at the biting plane wherethere is meeting of upper and lower teeth..
It is formed due to biting, friction or sucking forces that occurs over the oral mucosa..

You need not to worry as it is not anything serious or harmful and at times gets resolved on its own..
In case if there is any pain or any other problem consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated.
