Suggest Treatment For The Breathing Issue

trouble with breathing-

When I breath I breath normally, but the only diffrence is I feel like I don't have enough air coming into my lungs. I would have trouble breathing every once in a while but then it started to happen everday throughout my whole day. i would also get a little light headed from trying to get that full breath. and it all started with simply yawning more than usual.

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed query.
Based on facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
Seasonal Asthma-with Bronchospasms.
You need to check for Bronchospasm with eosinophilia.
You need to check for Stool -Ova / Cyst with secondary -Eosinophilia- which could cause such a bronchospasm,if its occassional and if with no past history of Asthma.
Acute laryngospasm with Aerosol regurge (ALRD-acute larygeal regurge disease)needs to be ruled out also.
Chest X-ray / Flexible Bronchoscopy / Ent Surgeons Second opinion is suggested for complete work up before treatments
Remedy-
Plenty of fluids-for proper hydration
Breathing exercises daily with Yogic breathing exercises would resolve it a lot fast.
bland diet / PPI like pantoprazole with domeperidone to reduce GERD induces spasms and
Bronchial Suction- with Oxygenation - for ALRD may be considered if needed.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day !!
