Suggest Treatment For The Deep Callous On Foot

I have a very large callous on my foot near the ball of the ffoot...........it has cracked and the split is quite deep......... what can done for this as it is very painful to walk and I work 40 hours a week and am on my feet all day........ if it starts to heel and I stay off it for a few days and then walk on it it splits again........thank you.

Callous on foot area that is hyperkeratinise lesion.
This is defence mechanism of over body against excessive friction or pressure area.

Generally callous is not painful but deep seated cores called porokeratomas.

Porokeratoma is extreme painful while walking or standing.More common in diabetes.

Properly maintain your foot hygiene.

Currarage can done this type of porokeratoma.

Salicylic acid can use to remove this lesion.
Sclerotic agent like denaturated alcohol can use to remove the lesion from food.

After currete recurence is common.

Wear a cushioned footwear in foot to prevent this lesion.

Wash your foot by warm water to remove all dust from foot.
