Suggest Treatment For The Dermagraphism

Hello, I think I have dermagraphism, every time I scratch my skin lightly with a pen,pencil, my hand anything, my skin goes red and is raised and it goes within the hour, this had happens since I was 9 , I m now 11. When I scratch my back I get big red marks like wolverine has scratched me. I m black.

Hi.
As per your case history of dermographism, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid fast food and food with artificial colors for 2 months.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 1 month.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid, hydroxyzine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
