Suggest Treatment For The Difficulty In Waking Up And Walking

I fell and hurt my thigh...I'm 79 years old....
The longer I sit the harder it is for me to get up...walking seems to help...lying down also helps...walking in now better than before. But still hurts...I have tried ice as well as heat...both seem to help...any suggestions ..I

I also have been taking tylonol....

Hi,
It seems that you might be having degenerative changes in your joints and bones.
There might be having osteoartheritis of the joints and having osteoporosis of bones.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Go for slow walking exercise daily.
Ok and take care.
