Continue taking the medicines that has been prescribed by your treating doctor. You are suffering from a rare disorder in which it is difficult for liquid and food to pass through the esophagus. Be patient with yourself as liquid and water may regurgitate into trachea and may cause you to choke, aspirate or cause pneumonia. Once the esophagus becomes lax, the muscles do not work properly. The treatment involves minimum invasive therapy or surgery.
Get clinically examined by a gastroenterologist. The gastroenterologist may give you muscle relaxant medicines before taking food or water. He may recommend surgery if required. Avoid taking solid food. Take liquid food or semi solid food. Get treated at the earliest to avoid malnutrition and other complications.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
