Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi. What is the age of the baby? Was it a difficult delivery and did she cry immediately after birth? I think weakness of one side with hearing defect with atypical behavior may be associated with some abnormalities in the brain. That's why I would like to know how the development of the baby is and whether you had any problem during pregnancy. A detailed neuro developmental assessment of the baby is needed alongwith a pediatric neurology consultation. If you can tell me the above mentioned details may be I can help you in much better way.
