salam... my grandmother has paralysis on left hand and leg.. ONLY when sleeping,she can bend her leg but could not straightened it... but when she s awake ,she cant move her leg.. also during exercise ,she feels pain... kindly give me a brotherly advice.. thanks.. waiting for ur reply.. osama

Due to paralysis, her left limbs will not move normally. They are prone to going into spasm or muscle tightness. She needs stretching of the limbs and aggressive Physiotherapy to prevent muscle contractures.
