Suggest Treatment For The Retinal Vein Occlusion And Macular Hemorrhage

Thank you.. I have been diagnosed with retinal vein occlusion and macular hemorrhage. There is pool of blood under the macula, that is the concern. Studies to be done soon. However, the blockage is annoying. Is there anything that can be done to get rid of the visual blockage? I understand there isn t much to do now but wait to see if it resolves. Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the anti-oxidants.
of retinal vein occlusion and macular hemorrhage. You have an appointment with Ophthalmologist soon.
Till then I would advise you the following:
Consult your Physician to get control of Diabetes and Hypertension so that there will not be any further deterioration.
Also take Vitamin A and D in therapeutic dosages, multivitamins and minerals as all these act as antioxidants to help resolving retinal vein occlusions and edema of macula.
Avoid exposure to sun and pollutants.
