i think i have either popped or torn a tendon in my ronbiod region on my left side six months ago and have had extreem muscle spasm and tight muscles in my neck ever sense. my ears have started ringing and if i use a ball to role to massage it it feels like eith the muscle or tendons are rolling over each other n that can make it flare up. will this heal on its own and how long will it take.
