Suggest Treatment For The Vomiting With Projectile
My Baby boy is 3 months old and is vomiting with projectile. Wt: 6.1 kg, No Fever, No Cold, Urine passing normal, . Doctor has prescribed for Domstal and Lanzol Junior. I have given Domstal in the evening but he vomited again just now. What to do next. Please Advice.

Along with gastric acid suppresants and gastric motility increasing drugs , its important to burp the child well. If you are exclusively breast feeding, continue to do so.
