Suggest Treatment For Thick Phlegm In Throat And Cough

I have been smoking meth every day for the past few months. About 5-10 hits every morning and maybe a couple at night. I try to eat, and am constantly drinking water. I sleep every night, but I can t stop coughing up stuff. I always am gagging on thick phlegm building up in my throat that I can t cough up. What should I do to get rid of all this gross, discolored, bad-tasting mucus?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
You have rightly mentioned your causative agent as smoking method.
To stop the thick phlegm from forming you have to stop method.
Take some tests like:
Of blood, urine, X-ray of sinuses and chest to find any focus of infection.
Of the phlegm for gram stain and, culture and sensitivity.
All these things will help us to find out any root cause and get treated well.
