I am a 38 year old female with complaints of thick white foul odor discharge from both old piercing sites on both nipples. I can drain some discharge if I push on one side of the nipple and I will get an odorous thick white pus out of the other side of the old piercing tracks. Should I seek medical attention for this. The piercings are over 15 years old, and the piercings were removed about 13 years ago. When pierced originally, the healing went well, with no complications and no infections. I have a lot of breast tenderness, equally in both breasts, where I have to add a sports bra to reduce the pain. Its a 3/10 pain with the sport bra on. On examination, I don't see any erythema, no break in skin, no rash and both nipples and breasts look healthy. Is this something that should be expected with old piercing sites?
