Suggest Treatment For Thickened Endometrium

my ultrasound shows thickened endometrium but no gestational sac at 4 week , the ultrasound is done 3 weeks ago,,,a day before yesterday i had undergone strip test for pregnancy and it was positive,,,, i dont have anykind of bleeding or periods from last two months

According to the information provided, the ultrasound was done at 4 weeks, that means just after you missed a period.
A gestational sac is seen after 4-5 weeks, so you might have had the scan early. Thickened hyperechoic endometrium is often seen very early on.
Considering you have a positive pregnancy test, you must repeat the scan to look for a gestational sac and fetus and rule out any complication.
