Suggest Treatment For Throat Discomfort

Hey I usually just smoke marihuana but because my career demands it I started smoked homemade cigarettes out of blunt tobacco for a couple months now. Well for 2-3 weeks now my throats feel as though its closing up though no pain at all just uncomfortable. I m scared to go to the doctor can u give me advice

Hi

Welcome in HCM.

I understand your concern and as you said that you are in smoking habit and since your problem of throat had already being 2 to three weeks old therefore a thorough examination by ENT doctor including endoscopy of throat is must.

Though as per your clinical history the chances are of-

1- Laryngopharyngitis.

2- Vocal cord thickening.

3- Vocal nodule.

4- Neoplasm of larynx.

All above conditions are manageable with excellent results in early stage.
