Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain And Difficult Swallowing
I deep throated my husband two days ago and since then my throat has been hurting like mad. I woke up this morning crying cause it hurt so bad and swallowing is a nightmare. I wasn't very rough and he just lay on the bed but I know it starting hurting then I just thought it would go away but it has gotten worse if anything. He has an 8 1/2 inch penis. I looked online and there were some people that said they were a little sore but it went away after a day. Nothing like this. Any advice?
I have read your concern well. This may be most probably due to injury in the posterior pharyngeal wall and causing acute inflammation and swelling on the local area. The best possible measure that will help you are.. 1. Get an oropharyngeal examination properly to detect any visible abrasion, hematoma or any swelling. 2. An x-ray neck soft tissue lateral view. 3. Take antihistaminic tablet like levocetrizine 5mg once a day. 4. Tab paracetamol 650 twice a day for three days. 5. Warm saline gurgle four times a day that will sooth your throat and help in shedding the bacterial load thus reducing the local infection. 6. If fever present and local examination suggests then a course of systemic antibiotic may needed. Hope it will be helpful.. With regards.
