Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain And Irritation

The question that I had was ever since Friday last Friday my throat has been very red and irritated and there s a bunch of kind a whitish spots and bombs going down on the on the on the throat and inside of it towards the back and on my I think it would be right tonsil there is like 6,7 or eight white spots and there s like this cluster of a purple vain looking thing and I also have a low fever about 99.9 and I was very congested congested sinuses and I have a really bad cough

Do you see any whitish coat on your tonsil..?
It could be a bacterial infection...
Get the help of ENT specialist for proper examination of the tonsil and a swab collected from that area to fond out what bacteria exactly is it..and some blood workup if necessary
Taking a course of antibiotics and some other supportive medication would solve the problem
Keep yourself hydrated and approach doctor as soon as possible...
