Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain With Phlegm And Dryness

I have throat problem for last year when i joined oil refinery , Symptoms are throat pain, tiredness, phlegm problem, dryness of throat and spicy test of food. i have done a course of 7 days i used CIPROX Capsule and PENTAKURE Tablets . please suggest what should i do and i have to continue my job that i can t left . so how i can get rid of this .

Read your query as you have throat pain and dryness dont be worried so much I will suggest you to do warm saline gargle two - three times a day and you can take medicine like Azithromycin by consulting with local doctor .
