Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain

I swallowed a vitamin and it felt very... odd going down like it was on the right hand side. I had my head tilted back because that usually helps me with swallowing the larger pills. Now the right hand side od my throat feels sore and moving my head up and down makes me wanna cough.

I went through the history provided by you.
It seems from the history that you are having throat pain following swallowing a tablet. No need to worry this will resolve by 1-2 days.
For symptomatic relief you can use anti-inflammatory drugs and avoid taking hard solid foods which can cause more pain and prevent healing of the damaged mucosa of the throat which is caused by swallowing of the tablet.
If the symptoms does not resolve by 1-2 days you need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment.
