Suggest Treatment For Throat Swelling And Breathing Difficulty
Hi my little brother has eaten a chilli with his dinner, he is 14 years of age, he seems to have a swollen throat, and having difficulty breathing and sore irritated throat. What do i do about this? Have given him one phenergon but hasnt made much of a difference.

Most probably your little brother is suffering from the erosive pharyngitis.
In this condition I personally advised Gel Mucain two tea spoonful three times a day with capsule rabeprazole and domperidone combination empty stomach.
