Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg 8 hourly for headache. As you have mentioned about bee sting, please check your blood pressure.

As hypotension caused by allergic reaction of bee sting can also cause throbbing headache. Does the headache is affecting only half part of the skull?

Does headache is associated with nausea and voimiting? Is headache aggravated by dehydration, sleep disturbances, heat, sunlight or stress?

These are the symptoms of migraine. So, consult physician and get proper management for it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
