Hi , im 24 yr old female .im getting married this year. i have thyroid problem of Tsh 5.8 and have25 mg thyronm tablet . and i was diagonised with PCOD recently .before my periods were regular. but since 2 months it is getting married this year. im 160 cm and 80 kg . i lost 7-8 kg with my food habbits and exercise but now i find it hard reducing my weight. i want to know which medicine should i intake. waiting for your advice.
First you should check the TSH level again in order to see if the levothyroxine dose you are taking actually is the right one. The TSH should be under 2.5 in order to get pregnant.
About the PCOS treatment i would suggest to try to loose on weight again and discuss with your treating doctor about starting the treatment with metformine.
High insuline level in the morning is an indicator of insuline resistance that can be corrected by loosing weight and starting metformine.
