While coming back from a walk I sat on my couch and saw I had many tiny ticks on many parts of my body. I think I may of missed one as days later I started feeling dizzy, vomiting and my nose is running. If I did miss one, how would I find the head if the body already has fallen off? I am worried the head is to small to see. Doctors are expensive and cannot go unless I can make sure. please help.
