Suggest Treatment For Tight Motion And Drop Of Blood In Stool Of A 8 Month Old
Hello,
My baby is 8 months old and is on formula milk. He is having tight motion , literally like small/big stones, for last 2-3 months. I have even noticed small drop of blood sometimes. It is really painful for me. I am giving him solid food ( in soup consistency ) such as “dal-rice” 2 times a day. Could you please suggest remedy.
Thanks, Shubhangi

Hi, welcome to healthcare magic forum. I had gone through your history and understand what you are saying.
As you told that your baby has tight stool and even small drop of blood is also coming sometimes. In my opinion because of tight stool he might have developed fissure in anal area. Due to this while he is straining for stool,he is getting small amount of blood. But this requires a local examination of anal area. So better consult a doctor near by for the diagnosis and treatment.
Meanwhile you give him plenty of fluids, juices, dal pani, and soft diet whatever he is taking or suitable for him.
No need to worry. IT will subside.
Hope my answer will help you. Wish your child good health. Thanks.
