Suggest Treatment For Tightness In Chest And Back Pain
I am a 49 year old white male. I am in decent shape and work physically hard each day. I am slightly overweight but still eat well rounded and healthy foods. My blood pressure has always been textbook perfect but I do have high cholesterol. I have had a tightness in my chest for the last 2 or three days. It s not a stabbing pain but very uncomfortable. I also have pain in the upper right section of my back which is actually more painful than the area where my heart is hurting. I spent the last three nights sleeping at a motel and the bed wasn t that comfortable. It s during the stay that I began to hurt. Do you have any thoughts on this? Thanks!!!
Hi dear, There are no much issues to get worried. In some symptoms we have to wait and see to understand it clearly. Here your back pain is such a case. We have an idea about the causative factor, a bed that made discomfort for your last 3 nights. You need to consult your doctor only If it doesn't resolve with in a week of comfort sleep and rest. If you are doing a smooth and warm massage it may help to get a faster cure. Chest tightness may have different causes, we can find it only after considering other symptoms also. That you can discuss with a cardiologist. With thanks.
