Suggest Treatment For Tightness In The Neck And Swollen Throat

I am having tightness in the neck, feels like a rubber and around my neck. I feel like my throat is swollen, tightness behind ears, when I swallow it feels like a bubble and slightly hard to swallow. I m currently taking an antibiotic now for 3 days . Been tired, lack of appetite , low energy. Should I get an ultra sound of the neck, Mir, X-ray? What do I do next?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Noted your history of feeling of tightness in the neck, feels like rubber, swollen throat, tightness behind the ears, feels like bubble n swallowing, and so on.
MRI of the neck will be the best to differentiate any disease better than X-ray and Ultrasonography.

Continue the antibiotics add on anti-inflammatory medicines something from the stress that you must have as per the symptoms you have noted.
Clinical evaluation by an ENT will help further .
