ENT Specialist 's  Response
You are obviously very anxious because of this problem. Try to relax and eat your food slowly and calmly, with intermittent sips of water.
Avoid smoking, alcohol, fried and processed foods, and caffeinated drinks. Eat small portions at a time but more frequently.
If it does not improve in a week or so, see a doctor- it might just be acid reflux but is important to get a check up.
