Suggest Treatment For Tingling And Numbness In Both Limbs
i have tingling and numbness in my both limbs... whenver am sitting for at least 15 minutes or talkng though phone and holding the phone with my hand...or reading any book in a semiprone position... and most of the time during watching tv..i cant stand up after 15 or 20 min..it takes tym..and its really painful and hazardous. whats the reason and what to do next?

Thanks for your question dear first you tell me do you have any chronic disease like Dm Hypertention these numbness are related to neuropathy in overage if patient has dm then he develop numbness for all above you should start tab pregabalin 75 mg bd
