Suggest Treatment For Tingling And Numbness In Hands
I have tingling and numbness starting from inside the upper arms radiating to my hands and fingers. worst in morning. have to sleep on back with arms to side to mitigate at night. problem started a long time ago due to position when sleeping, mostly due to resting head on arm. shaking of arms and hands helps

I think you are having cervical spondylitis. In this disease there is nerve compression in neck due to disc herniation. This nerve compression causes pain and tingling and numbness in whole hand. you can get a MRI to confirm this.
I would recommend you to start with intermittent cervical traction and neck muscle strengthening exercises. Tablet Pregabalin and Merhylcobalamine will be helpful for you.
