Suggest Treatment For Tingling In Foot And Pop Sound In Knee

i hit my knee pretty hard about 24 hours ago and the pain in my knee has gone away but i keep feeling a vibration or tingling in my foot. i injured the same knee about 8 years ago falling while going up some steps and since then i have heard popping sound when straighten my leg from being bent i also have pain some time but not always i don't know if any of this has any thing to do with my new pain i'm 29 years old should i see a doctor?
