Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In The Hands And Feet
For the past month I have had increased tingling in my hands and feet. My heart rate is also racing; at night I listen to my heart pound. I am 70 years old. I have always had low blood sugar. I live at 7,000 ft. altitude and have been here for 9 years. I seem to always be hungry and have gained weight. I walk at least a mile daily. I live alone but have many friends and a dog. My mother had diabetes.

it could be either cervical spodylosis or vit b12 deficiency. start taking physiotherapy in form of neck traction, TENS in upper and lower extremity , short wave diathermy in paraspinal region. low blood sugar should always be taken care of. hypoglycemia is very dangerous. start methycobal 1500microgram daily for 15 days and have pregabalin 75mg for 15 days for reducing tingling and numbnesss, start calcium citrate maleate 1200 mg and vit d3 also as your age is 70. take care . get well soon.
