I have felt exhausted for several months, have had tinnitus for about 20 years, and a light continuous headache for a few weeks now. I'm not overweight, no previous illnesses other than major stress last couple of yrs due to business/family issues. Nothing I can't deal with as long as this isn't a precursor to something serious. Any ideas?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have tinnitus and headache which can be caused by many factors such as stress, temporomandibular joint problem, cervical spondylosis, ear wax accumulation, and increase blood pressure. Overall increase in blood pressure or local increase in blood pressure is mainly responsible for this. Need not to panic about it. I would suggest you to take tablet neurobion forte once daily. You should not prick your ear canal with any sharp object. You should take a course of oral steroids. Consult ENT specialist for proper examination . You should not prick it with any sharp object. Doctor may order certain test like audiometry. CT scan ,MRI can also be done to rule out conditions like middle ear infection. Keep your ear drops along with you.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
