Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus

I had the Epley Maneuver yesterday due to BPPV. The right ear was the ear which was affected. Today, I have increased tinnitus in that ear and feel a little nauseated. Is this normal? I was told to keep my head very still and upright for 48 hours and have been following that guideline.

No it is not normal to have tinnitus after epley maneuver and i would like you to meet your ent doctor as soon as possible for finding out the cause for the same.Please dont worry , you will be fine!
