Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus

54 yo male w/ sudden onset of some shaking,dizziness and anxiety w/in last 2 mos. mri showed bilateral neural SEVERE stenosis from c-3 thu c7 (appears degenerative) no trauma and normal labs. Does not appear to be getting any better. Also tinitis in both ears. Otherwise healthy. Takin ativan 2 x per day. And gabapentin 300mg @ night. Primary care md is not too helpful.

start tablet tinnicar two tab twice a day with tab neurobion forte od for 1 month......and if u also having some hearing problems then start tab complamina forte 1 bd for 10 days
