Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus, headaches And Stiffness In Legs
Hi i am a 29 yr old female with I.H. I m hearing a whooshing sound in my ears headache on left side of face and moving towards the upper right neck pain and stiffness my muscles are weak especially my legs and arms my left side towards my back is killing me I have been put on 500mg or diamox 4x daily but having a problem urinating can u please help I don t what to do
thank you for giving a brief history of you. kindly see that for your titinus you can do gargling with water continuous for about 60 seconds. this will help the facial and throat muscles to get some strength. along with it you can do hot water fermentation for your neck region. post that do some small neck strengthening exercises like static neck strengthening exercises. also try doing some core strengthening exercise like Pilates. Suppose in case the pain doesn't come down then you can meet up an ortho for which he might guide you for an MRI of spine which will help come closer to diagnosis. for the exercises you can meet up a physical therapist who can help you to learn proper exercises and also assess you. taking a help from an expert is always on a benefit side.
with the grace of God I wish you a speedy recovery
