Suggest Treatment For Tiny Bruise Petechia All Over The Body

I have tiny bruises petechia all over my body. Just recovering from ulcers,gastroscope with lots of bloody bile. Adenoma on liver. Past had slightly low platelets 140's but now 191. Slightly low rbc and hemoglobin. And elevated b12. Heart pounds. Any thoughts?
